This in an old white weatherboard wooden plank wall that is part of one of the old falling down buildings on the property where I live.
Pretty rough with pailings missing already to exacerabte the grunge aspects I’d do a strong high pass sharpen or use an unsharp mask with large radius (ie 80), 0 threshold and then adjust strength to taste.
